Clean and dry the rim well and follow the curve with the vinyl until you close the circle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vinyl sticks cold, but it needs heat to take the shape: warm it with a hairdryer or a heat gun as you work your way around the curve.
