Fully custom kits may need extra production time, as they are made specifically for your bike. We send you a preview of the design before manufacturing, and the delivery window starts once you approve it.

Yes. We ship to 26 European Union countries, the United Kingdom and the United States. Choose your country at checkout and you will see the cost before paying.

EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Not within Spain or the European Union: the price already includes applicable taxes.

For shipments to the United Kingdom and the United States, as destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These are not included in the price or the shipping cost and are payable by the recipient.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information available.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return on standard catalogue products.

Unused, in perfect condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at carezwrap@gmail.com or call 614 016 384.

Fully custom vinyls and kits are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), because they are made to order to your specifications.

This exclusion does not apply if the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged in transit: in that case we sort it out at no cost to you.

The customer, unless the mistake is ours (wrong, defective or damaged product). In that case we cover the cost.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos attached, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Every kit lists the make, model and compatible years on its product page. If you cannot find your model or have any doubts, message us on WhatsApp at 614 016 384 before buying and we will confirm it for you.

Yes. Our graphics adapt across all three disciplines at no extra cost.

Yes. We adapt our designs to other models for an additional adaptation fee. Send us the design you like and your bike, and we will quote you.

Yes. With our 100% custom kits you choose colours, finishes, names, numbers and every detail you want.

Yes. We offer a professional installation service at our workshop in Martorell (Barcelona). You can add it to your order as an optional extra, or ask us about availability and pricing at carezwrap@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.

Yes. Every kit is made to the measurements of your bike model. If it is your first time fitting one, message us and we will guide you.
