These Terms of Service govern the use of the website carezdesigns.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Carez Designs (hereinafter "we" or "Carez Designs"). By accessing the Site or making a purchase on it, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products and prices

We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in the currency of your market: euros in Spain and the European Union, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom and dollars in the United States. They include the taxes applicable in Spain and the European Union. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes not included in the price may apply, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, description or pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
