Return period

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return on standard catalogue products.

Conditions

The product must be unused, in perfect condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase. To start a return, write to carezwrap@gmail.com or call +34 614 016 384.

Custom products

Fully custom vinyls and kits are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is ours (incorrect, defective or damaged product), in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Defective or damaged products

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs, so we can resolve it at no cost to you.
