It's the preparation time plus the shipping time, in working days.

Preparation: 5 to 7 days for graphics kits and vinyls, and 24 to 72 hours for custom stickers from when you approve the digital proof. For fully custom kits we first send you a preview of the design, and preparation starts once you approve it.

Shipping: 2 to 5 days to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; 5 to 8 to the Canary Islands; 3 to 5 to the European Union; 5 to 8 to the United Kingdom; and 1 to 2 to the United States (express).

For example, a kit reaches mainland Spain within 7 to 12 working days and the rest of the European Union within 8 to 12.

Yes. We ship to 26 European Union countries, the United Kingdom and the United States. Choose your country at checkout and you will see the cost before paying.

EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Not within Spain or the European Union: the price already includes applicable taxes.

For shipments to the United Kingdom and the United States, as destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These are not included in the price or the shipping cost and are payable by the recipient.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information available.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return on standard catalogue products.

Unused, in perfect condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at carezwrap@gmail.com or call 614 016 384.

Fully custom vinyls and kits are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), because they are made to order to your specifications.

This exclusion does not apply if the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged in transit: in that case we sort it out at no cost to you.

The customer, unless the mistake is ours (wrong, defective or damaged product). In that case we cover the cost.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos attached, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Every kit lists the make, model and compatible years on its product page. If you cannot find your model or have any doubts, message us on WhatsApp at 614 016 384 before buying and we will confirm it for you.

Yes. Our graphics adapt across all three disciplines at no extra cost.

Yes. We adapt our designs to other models for an additional adaptation fee. Send us the design you like and your bike, and we will quote you.

Yes. With our 100% custom kits you choose colours, finishes, names, numbers and every detail you want.

Yes. Every kit arrives die-cut piece by piece to the size of your model, so there is nothing to measure or trim. It is all explained, with a video of the fitting, in the step-by-step installation guide.

If it is your first time fitting one, message us before you start and we will guide you on your specific model.

Dry. Our vinyl is 485 μm, far thicker and stiffer than a standard wrap: water reduces initial tack and is the number one cause of edges lifting weeks later. The full technique is in the installation guide.

Yes. We offer a professional installation service at our workshop in Martorell (Barcelona). You can add it to your order as an optional extra, or ask us about availability and pricing at carezwrap@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
